Sephora Rewards Bazaar Previews and Discussions

A thread for updates on the Rewards Bazaar, including previews of upcoming rewards and discussion regarding the upcoming rewards and questions.

New rewards are posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays - usually right around 9 am PST / 12 pm EST

General information:

• The Rewards Bazaar is supposed to have new point perks released on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 am and 5pm PST
• There is no set time for the perks to be released - we have to wait and see when they become available between 9 and 5
• However, so far the rewards have been released almost exactly around 9 am PST
  There seem to be only a few perks added at a time (each day)
• Some perks will be listed as "coming soon" and may arrive on a later date
• The newly added perks will range from 100 points to 50,000 points
  Sephora's T&C state that the larger perks (750 points +) are only available online
• The smaller 100-500 point perks are available in store, while supplies last There are limited quantities of the perks available
• We aren't sure why the rewards seem to appear on different devices/browsers at different times There may not be any "big" point perks added.
• Some days we may only see smaller 100, 250, or 500 point perks added.

• Previews are above - note that these are just sneak peeks, as we do not have complete details as to which perks will be available, when, or what's included.
• Additional perks usually pop up as a surprise!

@StillSlaying i get the rewards through the app. I make sure all my info is already stored in there so I don’t waste time inputting it in and then keep refreshing.

Wait, what???? $25 reward is now 1000 points. Does that mean that $100 would be 4000? What is going on Sephora?

Rewards are so disappointing. Also, before, with an order, we could choose three free samples and now it’s down to two free samples. The $100 rewards is almost impossible to get. I never did. The other rewards are not so much attractive. Nor the free samples. I hope for a change.

Sephora please release more $100 Rouge Rewards. By promoting them but making them impossible to get you make your loyal customers angry twice a week. Bad business.

The $100 Rouge Reward is listed as a benefit of Rouge status, it doesn’t say that it’s only for those of us to spot and grab it on time. What’s up with that?

Completely agree...they must only have like 3 because  i have tried every tuesday and thursday for the last month and I'm able to put it in my cart but when i go to checkout its all gone...and i have learned to be fast. So frustrating!!!

After talking to customer service a few weeks back, she told me they only release 50. It’s so disappointing. They want you to keep spending in hopes that you’ll snag one, but the odds aren’t great. Truth is, they don’t want to give the $100 rewards.

based on all promos they are getting lots of free samples from manufacturers...why dont they put some in rewards bazaar. i am guessing in theory they make more money off of them as promo codes ...but in reality a scarce stock rewards selection creates customer dissatisfaction. like the frizz free or getrich promos would be great 250 pt rewards

I’m reading all these comments and it seems those who have already gotten the $100 reward are struggling to get it again. Is the system rigged? I wish Canada had an Ulta. At least I can use my PC points for shoppers!! (They just need a wider selection) I’m tired of sephora and it’s crappy rewards AND customer service telling us to fork off.

@Uyennies. We will have to see, so often when a great US retailer came here, we all got so excited then it bursted. SDM to me is still the best i just wish they carry so much more stuffs like DE or Tatcha, Refa, La Mer, Jo Malone, Dermalogica, Kilian etc, like sephora.

@Uyennies  Ulta does ship to Canada and will have stores here in late 2020 - 2021! It's coming!!!!! 🙂

@veronika23 yes the dermalogica cream and set to be specific, pretty lame eh? Sephora does carry them here though but to buy them at ulta price, I guess no way.

@cangirl84  that's too bad. 😞  It might be because Sephora carries it and has the "exclusive" and that's why Ulta isn't allowed to sell it to us in Canada.
