This. I have gotten this error every time. What gives?
I just snagged the $100.00 reward. My only advice is to read through the various threads for tips on how to get these elusive rewards. Somebody said that she went back to the Reward Bazaar about 45 minutes after the $100.00 reward was released. I saw it originally posted at 12:20 PM EST. The system wouldn’t let me add it to my basket. I tried for about 3 minutes and then I gave up. At 12:30 PM EST , I saw the $100.00 reward and added it to my basket. I checked out immediately and received confirmation at 12:32 PM EST. I am now waiting for a link in my email for the reward.

Congrats @Loretta55! I was able to get one this morning as well, at 9:19am PST. Maybe they only release one at a time, but release them at different times? I found that both today, as well as last Thursday, it showed up on the website for me before it showed up on the app (I had been refreshing both).
Congratulations @mrsmouse ! This is the second reward that I was able to get within the past 2 months. I purchased skincare in store using the reward. Rerouging and my birthday gift helped to get my points restocked. Also the various sales helped.

This "reward" is ridiculous! I've been waiting for the $100 for 2500 points. It finally showed up and when I clicked I got the "aww, we're sooooo sorry but it's sold out" BS. It's an electronic reward, how can it be sold out? This specific reward is the only reason I purchase non-exclusive items at Sephora.
In general, I find Sephora's rewards crappy. I'm Rouge this year, but I never will be again. There's nothing here I can't get elsewhere, and let's be honest, there's another beauty store that has a far superior rewards program. You know, points = $$.
I'm not going to hang around online waiting breathlessly for the rewards to 'drop' in the hope that I may get that one precious electronic reward. It's makeup, not life-saving medicine.
@jmpk I’m with you. I’m intentionally not spending more than 1k with Sephora this year. Other retailers treat me better.
No one knows yet, @lja7. Sephora hasn't announced changes yet, even though rumors are swirling. There was a thread a couple weeks ago that pointed out a change in not having tier gifts (or least not in their current iteration) next year, but so far that's it. We'll all have to wait and see what may be in store for 2020.
@moxiepancakes @ when I got my first reward ever last week, the emailed certificate was immediate. Perhaps check spam just in case and the right email is setup and call CS. I don’t really know the answer why some are immediate and there’s a delay to others.
