Seriously, the rewards can be the most frustrating thing ever. I had my cart all queued up, was logged in and ready to go when the Tarte Quench primer was released. I added it, hit place order and then it kicked me out saying my cart 'wasn't up-to-date. So I removed the Quench and went to place my order again & it kicked me out again saying it wasn't up-to-date. This time it was the Amika Soulfood that was out of stock.
The rewards should be like ticket sales. If you have it in your basket, it will reserve the products for 5 mins, giving you time to complete your order before it kicks you out. Obviously, I love the rewards but hate that I wasted time refreshing and waiting just to get booted out when I wasn't slow at checking out by any means.
@ZSahar I was curious too! When I zoomed in on the product picture from the bazaar it seems to say ”15ml” on the bottle, so I’m assuming that’s the size. I picked up the YTTP superfoods moisturizer as a 100pt reward a while back and it was also 15ml so it would be consistent

I agree! Don't even wait 2 seconds or they will be gone! And how in the world can you reach the amount of points to get a huge reward? I buy so much and I can't get even get to 1,000.00! Why, because they take your points away and monies you spend are not correct! So, I would keep checking how many points you have as frequently as you can! I'm ready to quit Sephora completely! Even my Play! Subscription! It's been awful what the reps have done in the last few days to me ( by calls and emails) I called re: the Play! And they said that everyone got the wrong boxes since January 2019! Is that our fault? I know this is not in a Play! By Sephora discussion group, but if anyone is wondering why they are not getting the correct items in their boxes that is what I was told by Amanda at customer service today! I think in my opinion, the reason for all of Sephora 's mistakes are they are focusing on their new credit card that is coming in a few months, per a press release on March, 14 2019! And don't tell them you're disabled as they treat you horrible! My 10 cents on all of their problems, how 😢!!!!**** pari79! There is so much more problems happening with Sephora but I don't or can't say what per my conversation 's with Sephora and their privacy terms!
