Sephora Card Application

I applied for the Sephora card over a month ago. I have no response, no physical mail, no email and my account just says “hang tight it’s pending review!” I called the number given to me by support and they said they have no card for me on file. I said I don’t have an account or card yet I have an application. I was they’ll informed they can’t check applications or look up applications only active accounts. 

wtf I have several open and active credit cards all in good standing with above average credit and I feel like I just got hi jinxed by Sephora for my identity information or something. Freakin creepy and NOT happy.

I had the same situation -- randomly reapplied and the site even crashed. No idea it even was approved (got notification on my email of a cedit pull) Then 7 days later find my new sephora visa credit card. But now i am having issues getting hte credit card linked to my beauty insider.......... lol I even worked at sephora for 7 years

@samiam2525 sorry to hear that! You should be able to add/save your Sephora credit card under the Payment Methods section on your BI account. The email address used to apply for the credit card should be the same email address associated with your BI account. If you're having trouble, please let me know.

I was able to add the payment method but my beauty insider isn’t reflecting the credit card 25% off reward and my account only says apply for the sephora credit card. But I’m already a sephora credit card member

@Angie1923 mine has been “pending review” for the past 7 months now. No one will help so it’s extremely disappointing and scary if I’m honest.
