Is this thread missing for anyone else? I've tried for the last few days to access it (it used to be located at http://community.sephora.com/t5/Insiders/Sephora-Rewards-Bazaar-Previews-and-Discussion/), and the server says it's not found. A search didn't turn up anything either. Anyone know what's up with this?
I redeemed 300 points. I got the Tom Ford and Bobbi Brown lipsticks and the Too Faced matte bronzer. 🙂
Back in October I managed to get the Make Up For Ever 3,000 point perk (4 engraved brushes). It just arrived and I couldn't be more disappointed, not worth the points in my opinion. Curious to know who else redeemed the reward and their thoughts.....
**edit: it was a 2,500 point perk not 3,000**
@KNC24 Yeah, I want to say the engraving portion is what took so long but they only engraved up to 2 letters so.....who knows, LOL

@ElleElleG I also redeemed those brushes ... I didn’t receive mine yet! I called Sephora and told me I should have them by this week so I’m just waiting for mine! But is there anything wrong with your reward??🙁
A small brown packing envelope was left outside my door (technically the middle of the haul but carriers in my area are another story). No return address or other identifying information. The brushes were thrown into the envelope in little plastic sleeves and that's it (not even the box/packaging that you would receive if purchased normally was included). One brush did have some frayed hairs (likely because of how it was placed inside the sleeve) but otherwise no damage damage.
Since posting, I've spoken with some other ladies who have previously redeemed the higher point perks and how this was shipped is not unusual. The 500 point perks, hell even our birthday gifts, are presented better than this and this was worth 5x more points. While this may not matter to some, I personally find it disappointing.
@ElleElleG Oh my gosh!! I'm sorry that happened to you! you must be so upset! did you contact cs about it? if not, you definately should ASAP!!! and you should get your points back...this is not right!!.. I'm so sorry you received yours in bad condition.....I still didn't receive mine yet but I'm starting to worry after hearing your story..one more thing...I thought rewards come in black boxes...hmm I find it very strange that you receive them in an yellow envelope because from what I remember I always got my reward packages in a nice black magnetic box even the 500 points...Heck I would be more than dissapointed if that happend to me! Anyway I hope it gets sorted out for you.. contact CS and hope theyfigure out something for you!

I called the Bizarre Concierge number and they said someone would call me back (which I'm always skeptical of).
That's what I expected too (the magnetic Sephora box), but no luck. It's odd that I received that box shortly after I got the reward with a small envelope inside asking me to contact them for the personalization. I would've exacted that to arrive less formally (not sure how else to describe it). The fact that I can go to a local store (or order) a 500-point perk that looks more exciting/inviting than one that costs multiple times more is a bit insulting.
Anxious to hear how yours arrive (hopefully my situation was just a fluke).
@ElleElleG 😞 I still didn't receive mine...(originally I should have received my reward at least the 1st week of december)... called sephora rewards bazzar and they told me there has been a delay with my reward ..( they said they're going to give a call to the company where they make my brushes customized and find out why it's taking so long and give a call back to me.
I've been waiting almost 2 months!. I'm so tired of waiting
What on earth @mezzotown88 ?!? I would call Sephora Customer Service and ask to speak with a supervisor. I ended up reaching out to the Rewards line around the time I posted my initial message and they promised someone would call me back....never happened. The normal hotline might have additional information or be able to look into it while you're on the phone. Really hope you receive them soon!!

@sarahshter If you really can't use it I'd try selling it -- some of the facebook and reddit groups for beauty sales would likely have people interested in it.
