Any recommendations on how to get rid of dark spots?

I have this spots for so long, it is not going away. Anything you guys recommend to treat this?

I love Glow recipe so me personally I would try the Guava Vitamin C Dark Spot Brightening Treatment Serum from Glow Recipe. It works Great!!
