The Beauty Insider Reward Card Offer is a holiday promotion offering Beauty Insiders a reward card for $15 off of any merchandise purchase of $50 or more, Very Important Beauty Insiders (VIBs) $20 off of any purchase of $50 or more, and VIB Rouge clients $25 off of any purchase of $50 or more. Beauty Insiders can use their reward card from 12/2 - 12/13 and VIB and Rouge clients can use theirs from 12/2 - 12/14.
- How do I get my offer if I’m a Beauty Insider but haven’t received my 2015 Holiday Reward Card yet?
The holiday reward cards will start being emailed to Beauty Insiders, VIBs, and Rouge clients on December 2nd. If you have not received your reward card by December 3rd, please check your email's spam folder to see if it was filtered there. You can also call us at 1-877-737-4672 to verify your account status. Just tried to enter my code and it keeps getting rejected saying that it doesn't exist and to check to make sure if there are any letters etc. but I copied/pasted directly from the email. I'm assuming the canadian site does not recognize codes that may have been generated specifically for the US site since my account originated in the uS?
I had to call to receive my code from VIB Rouge Concierge, and when I tried to enter it in the promo field, I got the same message as you, indicating that it did not exist and wasn't valid.
If you scroll down in this same thread you'll see that a SephoraBT responded to my post saying that they were experiencing problems with Canadian Rouge codes.
I received an email from Sephora yesterday evening with a new code, that was different than the one I received over the phone, and it seems to be working now, so hopefully the same thing happens for you!

I got an email but it says "vib 20" instead of rouge 25, ive only been rouge for a couple weeks and got my rouge welcome gift but no card, should I call in with all my problems or ???the vib discount code that I got wont work saying i need 50$ but i have more than 50$ in my cart
The same issue happened to me. The representative stated that I would have to make my purchase over the phone so that they could manually apply the $25 instead of the $50! You can still use bonus codes with the purchase and receive samples!

Nothing over here either. I have always gotten emails and mailings from them too and just got an email from them yesterday trying to get me to buy something. I don't understand why there is an issue this year when there hasn't (to my knowledge) been one in the past.
Yea, I continue to receive emails daily to buy something, but have not received the email with my code. Extremely frustrating!

I will not be getting a code. The solutions team is looking into my account for no reason they can disclose so I will get no code...despite being rouge and spending thousands at sephora. And the response is...they don't have a response...
Eventually they did tell me. But only after arguing with a supervisor for a bit. I had 2 accounts for a few years...the reason being that my main account (still) doesn't get the promo emails. Sadly, both were rouge (don't tell anyone I spend that much on makeup!). So they asked me one day when I was on the phone, I told them the reason for the 2 accounts and we agreed to consolidate accounts. Should be simple.
But now ....I get no emails...for rouge and other promos...and that includes the $25 off $50. It's insane.
WTH!!!! Did you ask to speak to a supervisor/manager? And what in the world is a "solutions team"? This is makeup, not the Avengers - someone with some sense should be able to look at your account and clearly see your amount spent for the year. I haven't received mine either so we'll see. I'd be tempted to post to their FB page or Twitter and see if you get a response. I know you must spend a ton seeing how you have so many makeup reviews on your YouTube channel. Just ughh - I'm so sorry.

Yes, I spoke with a supervisor and actually had an argument with her. Eventually, she agreed to let me use the $25 off right there and then on the phone. But I was so mad at that point I declined.
I spend a ton...but don't need to keep spending so much and can shift my spending elsewhere. This morning I'm a little less mad (why I stopped typing last night). Part of me is seeing the humor is Sephora anger rouge customers yet again this year...and over $25. So many people haven't gotten theirs and the phone response seems awful and inconsistent.
Megan I just read this. "solutions team" = the mafia...I went through this too..I will message you. I was so mad because they questioned me for buying too many highlighters. As an American I was totally enraged. I have never had a store question why or how much I bought. It's like going to Dunkin Donuts and having them cut you off at just one-ha! I had to restrain my self from telling the solutions strong arm guy -do you want to knoW what I'm doing with all my highlighters? My friends and I have wild parties and strobe our bodies and I'll text you a photo if you give me your number -ha!
