The Beauty Insider Reward Card Offer is a holiday promotion offering Beauty Insiders a reward card for $15 off of any merchandise purchase of $50 or more, Very Important Beauty Insiders (VIBs) $20 off of any purchase of $50 or more, and VIB Rouge clients $25 off of any purchase of $50 or more. I'm curious to know. If you buy an item using the code and then the warehouse runs out of stock and can't ship your item, do you still get to use your code again and make a purchase on another item?
This was a chronic problem during the VIB sale (esp for Canadians). Orders were cancelled after like 3 days and then they let you know after the sale is over...
This is good information for people who are holding onto their code waiting for a perk or stock to come in, especially with VIBR members having the "extra day".

You should call the rouge line. Email is slow and they will just ask you to call anyway.
I finally emailed Sephora and they were nice enough to send me the information needed to purchase in store, online or over the phone. That might help others who are in the same boat. I emailed on Saturday morning, and had a response that evening. That was very much appreciated.
I accidentally deleted my email with the $25.00 off coupon, hopefully I get a paper one in the mail, or I can call and order
You can usually access deleted emails in the "TRASH" folder/file of your email, unless you emptied that out as well 😮 it's happened to me before but i was able to retrieve it from the "TRASH" folder of my email lol

It might be that they're waiting until after all of this blows over to make a reappearance-post Epic Rewards/Fail style where they are still here, just quietly moderating.

Still no reward card, but at this point I don't even care. I was going to use it to get a tiny discount off an expensive product, but instead I'll just buy that same product elsewhere. Sephora clearly doesn't want my money, so I'll take it elsewhere.
Update: I finally just got a code, but not via email.
I had to resort to Tweeting at them in order to get a response, since they didn't respond to my inquiry on FB.
This still doesn't solve my problem about the item I want being OOS online and my desire to purchase it in store, but it's something.
I'm going to attempt to show the DM to a cast member in store and see if they will still honor it or not.
I've been anxiously awaiting my email, too, and was surprised to see in this discussion that they've been sent. Emailed customer service about it and hoping I actually get the reward! Will be a huge disappointment if it never arrives. 😞
Still haven't gotten mine either, so disappointed in Sephora right now.. They are really slacking on their customer service, and I really think they don't care about us anymore.
