What’d You Buy? VIB Sale Spring 2018

I always like seeing people’s “tallies” during the sales of what they’ve just ordered. What have you ordered so far? I put in two separate orders because one was an aerosol that would slow down shipping. Heaven forbid! I also spent the rest of my points. I only have six measly points left. I used to be a severe points hoarder and had almost 10k saved at one time. It’s so weird seeing a single digit. Anyway, here are my orders so far:

Order #1

Two Pat McGrath lipsticks (my first) and a mini size of a Boscia matte primer. 

Order #2

Sephora Perfection Mist Nude Glow - I have no idea how this will work but it looks pretty cool. You spray it on and it makes you look young and dewy. I’m in!!!

Everyone who already shopped the sale for VIB Rouge - just curious for the ones who did 2 Day or 1 Day FLASH Shipping - were your orders delayed or did they ship out in regular time?

I'm planning on doing 1 Day Flash tonight because I need my order by Tuesday so I'm just curious 🙂

@Anonymous I did the usual 2 day flash shipping and I got my order within 2 business days. I ordered on Friday and got it the following Tuesday. It was pretty quick!

@Anonymous Rouge's automatically have flash 2-day shipping but the key is really how long it takes to PROCESS the order. If any of the past sales are an example, orders can be stuck "in process" for days before eventually shipping out for 2 or 1 day shipping. The november sale was a mess, some people didn't receive orders till weeks later.

However, I will admit that I was pleasantly surprised last weekend (during the Rouge Preview) that my order processed and shipped out the same day despite a disclaimer on the website of possible delays (Friday morning order received in hand Tuesday afternoon). I'd say if you REALLY need something by Tuesday, pick it up in person. There will be way more traffic this weekend than last and the warehouses could have significant delay.

Here's what I bought during the early access sale! The L'Occitane set is a Mother's Day gift, but the rest is for me.

@lmi82 I keep ogling the decadence palette but just bring my self to press order, It looks amazing. Would love to hear your opinion.

@moxiepancakes. I hope @lmi82 will enjoy PMG Decadence palette as much as i do.  It is really pretty.  However, it doesnt have the 4 special eyeshadows in there liked the first 3 mothership palettes.  Regardless, i enjoy mine very much.  I wear it for a week after i received it couple months back. The eyeshadow colors stay true when applying on lids and the wear time is also good 🙂

@lmi82 Great choices! I debated on the PMG palette but I know I won't be reaching for it since it's all shimmers ...so for now, I'm going to pass and just watch others use theirs 😞

I made a couple small purchases online over the weekend.  I got Shiseido Facial Cotton and more Invisibobbles (I hope I like the new "slim" design).

I was gonna stock up on Klorane Dry Shampoon, but Ulta was having a 20% off sale for Platinum members and 5x the points on natural brands...so I just couldn't pass it up!
