Sparkling September Hauls

This has been one of my favourite threads to follow each month, seeing and being inspired by all the spectacular hauls by my fellow BICer's. I thought since it’s my birthday this month I would set up a thread for all of us to share what we purchase from drugstore deals to Sephora shops to limited edition wonders. @scott1201, wow, you picked up a great deal on your mask haul! I've seen Polatam sheet masks generally going for $6 or $7 per mask, so to get 3 of them plus the eye masks for less than what you'd pay for one mask is a nice score! 🙂 Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on these sheet masks after you've had a chance to use them.

Yes, I got an extra of the one called Clara for my goddaughter (named Clara)! They were all on clearance at the SiJCP, so down to like 8 or 9 bucks!

How are you linking the olaplex products?

I've been on the fence for a while, but now that my hairdresser overdid on my last balayage and I look Like Elsa from Frozen I am seriously considering it.

@Cyncynn I used the treatment for the 1st time on Saturday, followed by my regular shampoo/conditioner. My hair felt really nice (no longer crispy), especially the ends, but looked the same. On Sunday I used the shampoo and conditioner and my frizz was improved, less tangles, and everything felt even softer. I used the shampoo and conditioner again today and experienced no frizz. So my hair is getting better slowly but surely. I still see the same amount of hair in my shower drain, but less in the sink after brushing.

For reference, my hair is damaged from hard water. It's dry, frizzy, tangly, crunchy ends (even after a haircut) and the amount of hair the ends up in the sink is crazy! I don't think it's coming from my scalp, but breaking off instead. I plan to alternate the shampoo and conditioner with other moisturizing products. So far I'm sold on these products 🙂
