@CookieGirl1  -- Yes!  I was surprised because I was going to ask her to just swatch the new Hourglass palette shades on her arm and she said no, we can do that now.  Customers are still not supposed to touch the testers and they sanitize the product before swatching on the arm.  I am not sure if they are just trying it out in a few stores or if its something all stores are switching over to.

Are they swatching on customers? I heard someone else say this as well but I went about a week ago when my friend wanted to pick some thing up and they definitely made a note that we’re not allowed to touch

@aviscardi  - Yes at my local store they will swatch on customer's arms if requested by the customer.  Customers still cannot touch the testers but it's nice to see a product swatch.  Not sure about skincare because I was just checking out a few things from Hourglass.  I believe it was a very recent change.

This may not be the right thread for this question, but since I see so many people are planning on getting the NATASHA DENONA Glam Eyeshadow Palette null I thought I'd ask here - I am not able to make it into a store, so has anyone had a chance to see/play with it in person? Of course I got sucked into the negative reviews. Some were saying that it's not like the usual ND quality and instead is dry, chalky and fades fast. I also read that the shades aren't as cool toned as the pictures show, but leaning more toward neutral/warm. I'd love to hear some input! Thank you!

For what it's worth, @Shosh85, Temptalia gave the palette an A and said the quality was good. I always trust her reviews. She did mention is was less cool-toned and more neutral, but the swatches look pretty good to me either way.

@quspork Thank you so much! That's great to hear! I think a cool/neutral palette sounds perfect! I rarely buy palettes before I've had a chance to see them in person, but I may just have to go for this one!

I really recommend this palette! I had been on the hunt for a cool toned palette for a while before this was released. There's a nice mix of neutrals and cool toned shades. Most of these are 1 swipe swatches, except for the middle shade of the palette.

@Kaylabr  Oh, thank you very much, this is so helpful! It really does look gorgeous! How is the texture/formula? I've read some people were saying it's a little chalky and dry 🤔

@Shosh85 I would say that rings pretty true for me for the lash line shade. Though it had worked well with tapping off any extra powder and I have used it with a liner brush and smudger brush and it worked better for me that way. Other than that I've enjoyed working with the formula and don't find the overall formula too dry.

@Kaylabr  Thanks for your input! I've been reading some reviews of the palette online which also seem to be saying the same thing about the lash line shade - that's probably the shade I was the least excited about anyway, so I don't mind 😉 The swatches were super helpful!

@Shosh85 I’ve been holding off on this one despite loving the shades. I do find many of her shadows to be slightly chalky, though not as much so as tarte. I have the Green Brown 28 and use one pan regularly. I’m disappointed in myself, as I don’t experiment with it as much as this palette necessitates. I have a couple of the minis, but due to fallout don’t use them often. Mostly because I’ve been lazy and don’t use primer which would help shellac everything in place! 

All that being said, it’s a pretty palette and the cool toned ones are few and far between. Which means...I may end up picking it up, anyway 😊

@eshoe I was on the fence about getting this one, (because I definitely don't need another palette,) but the more I read the reviews and get feedback on it, the more I want it. 😬 It seems like everyone is saying it's more of a cool/neutral palette, which actually sounds perfect to me. I don't like buying eyeshadow without seeing it in person first, but I think I may just go ahead and get this one. 😉
