@peculiarzmakeup I've been wanting to try some of her products. The miracle balm looks lovely. Are you essentially using it as a blush? I feel like the reviews are all over the place for some of her products, but I really want to try something.

Oh, that second photo @peculiarzmakeup! It captures the balm beautifully. It’s wonderful to see how she’s expanded the shade range in that product line; would love to see mini versions available for individual purchase.

@itsfi They just released two kits on their site (Hero Kit), and they each look to contain the following:

It includes five award-winning staples that belong in every makeup bag. Each kit features two Mini Miracle Balms for blush and highlight; Pinky comes with Flushed and Magic Hour, and Peachy comes with Miami Beach and Golden Hour. It also includes The Mascara and The Best Pencil in Brown to create simple eye definition, and Eye Cream to quickly wake up your eyes and nourish the skin.

Kinda tempting, but I haven't tried any of her stuff.

Awww, thanks so much for looking into it and posting about the kits, @PrettyPaint . Jones Road was in Credo Beauty a couple of years ago, which was great because it gave me a chance to try the testers. I was primarily looking to get a color match on their pencils but was happy to test her other products including the balm. It's very emollient and the shades are more of a tint, but buildable - there were a few colors at the time as she had recently launched the brand, maybe 3 or 4; a lot more shades now.

@itsfi I definitely wish they were still sold at Credo Beauty. Does that mean you've tried the face pencils and corrector pencils? If so, do you recommend them? That's actually the main thing I'm interested in. I saw a video about someone using them to correct eye bags. I think that's what I have, but who knows. I just don't want to order the wrong shade because they are somewhat pricey.

@PrettyPaint, I've tried both the neutralizer pencil and the face pencils; they're okay if you can find the right shades, or ones close to it. I prefer the Bobbi Brown corrector stick over the neutralizer pencil because the BB is creamier. It might have been my under eye area being overly dry or me not moisturizing that area well enough but the Jones Road pencil seemed to drag and pull. I was color-matched to 3 different shades in the face pencil, for different parts of my face/function. Completely understand that that makes sense, but 3 pencils gets pricey. I did pick them up over time and during sales but didn't find myself reaching for them. Do you think skincare might help with eye bags?

@itsfi Thank you so much for the feedback on the pencils - I think you saved me money. I don't think their direct site ever has sales, so I would be pretty frustrated if I had to purchase multiple sticks in order to find a shade match. I definitely don't want to use anything that would drag and pull on my undereyes, either. I actually do have the BB corrector stick. I love how creamy it is, but I don't think it provides quite enough coverage. Perhaps skincare would help with the bags, but I haven't found anything that works yet. I've tried a bunch of things with caffeine and such, but I haven't noticed a huge difference. They aren't very noticeable straight on, but when I look down I can see a line of darkness under what I assume are eye bags. Yuck.

I already want another one I love it so much 💖💖 it’s kinda neat she was talking about how she was done creating makeup and then had this idea with a whole bunch of people in a meeting and just feel in love with it. The ads really got me haha 🤣 especially breaking the seal but the formula is fantastic I literally look forward to wearing it and it’s quick 😊😊😊 @CynthieLu
