Advent Calendars 2025 - Let the Unboxings Begin!!

The holiday countdown has begun!! 🎉 Please use this thread to share your advent calendar unboxings. 🎁

Whether you open all the doors to your calendar at once, or you open a box one day at a time and follow the traditional schedule (e.g., 24 day unboxing beginning on 12.1 and 12-day calendar unboxing beginning 12.13 or 12.25), WELCOME!! 

For those of us who just can't wait to see what goodies are in our advent calendars, if you will be opening all the doors/boxes at once before the end of the season, please consider hiding your unboxing posts behind a spoiler tab so those who want to be surprised day by day can still do so.

Kendra Scott has released advent calendars for 2025. Available now on the brand site, in both silver and gold. Retails for $398 with a stated value of $853.

I've read that the jewelry in previous years' boxes have arrived tangled so hopefully that issue has been resolved with this year's offering. I don't typically gravitate towards jewelry advent calendars because of personal preferences but I have (and like) the Kendra Scott pieces I have, both from the main collection and the collabs she's done with Target, so this is more a maybe than others, though I'll have to look through the contents to see if I may aready have any of the pieces.

My mom is getting into advent calendars too...she has ordered the Bonne Maman jam one for the past couple of years; this year, she's also ordered a wine advent calendar, and a dog one for Sunny, too! And she said she was thinking of getting the Universal Yums Candy Around the World Advent for the 4 of us to share.

This is my 4th and final advent calendar for this year (I also have the Papier stationery advent, the Bird & Blend tea advent, and the Simon & Schuster Cat Lovers' advent). I'm super excited for December 1! 😂

@makeitup305  As of last month, YesStyle’s covering tariffs (for now) for all US orders. If we’re hit with additional customs fees, they also have a tax refund policy for all orders under USD $1000. Not to enable you or anyone else of course, just sharing some helpful info. Sharing is caring! 😂

@makeitup305  thank you! I'm so happy I was able to get it - the first time preorders opened, it sold out in 2 minutes and I missed it, but I was able to get one from the next batch. I didn't have to pay tarriffs, just sales tax - not sure why, but I'm glad 😅

The aesthetics on the MLM are really something, right @Samtian? 😍 I have to dig a little deeper at the products included - I may have more than a few, and if my memory is correct, some of their oils are a smidge too heavily fragranced for me. I'll look at my notes. We shall see. At the same time, I wonder if I need another advent calendar 😂🤣😂 as fun as they are. I was so excited to see advent calendars make their way to the US and now, I'm wanting it to be December so we can start unboxing here!!

It includes some fabulous brand/products and nice variety @PrettyPaint, and good sized items, too! I feel like it's one of the small handful of advent calendars that even if someone has a few of the products (like brand, product and color/scent), it still would be worth picking up.

@itsfi I agree! Looking at the items, I think I've only tried the Necessaire body wash, the Indie Lee toner, and the RMS lip oil. I don't think I own those products anymore, though.  I wish I didn't like advent calendars so much...haha.

I say, "go for it @PrettyPaint!" I'm really impressed with the product lineup for it being their first advent calendar. It's also one of those calendars that would lend itself nicely to being opened on the days leading up to Christmas as well as if you wanted to save it for the new year, to have something to open in January or another time. 

I hear ya - advent calendars are so much fun! Buying them, gifting them, making them, opening them. Just all around fun! I read an article that there's been an uptake in their popularity in the last couple of years.

@miss8, the general consistency in theme is likely based on the posts being about advent calendars, in keeping with the subject of the thread. Most but not all of the advents are beauty related because this is Sephora BIC! ❤️ The box you posted looks like a special edition box that ipsy members can purchase - while it doesn't seem to hold itself out as an advent calendar, it could be used as one. Did you pick up that box for the holidays?
