New Jo Malone scents ( English Oak & Red currant and English Oak & Hazelnut)

Haven't seen a review or comment on the new Jo Malone scents, so I thought I would throw my thoughts out there. I've sampled/worn both for a few days and even blended them with the JM recommended combinations, but I find that they are way too masculine for me. EO & Redcurrant is classed as a fruity scent by Jo Malone, but I really don't find it fruity at all. JM suggests to pair it with another fruity scent, Blackberry and bay(BBB), which I don't find fruity at all, either. They do blend very well on me, but still way to strong. I find BBB, to be a better choice for a candle, room scent or even hand wash, but I can not wear it as a perfume. I wore EO & Hazelnut with Wild Bluebell (WBB), classed as a light floral, which is one of my favorite JM scents and the EO & H seemed to overpower WBB and I could not really smell it at all. Unfortunately they will not be a part of my stash. Would like to hear what others think of these scents.

You are not kidding @Scentual1! The BIC revamp has made it so hard for everybody to connect with one another, but we're all here because of our obsessions, errr I mean addictions, no wait! I meant appreciation for pretty things 😉
