Jo Malone Thread: Share the News and Love!

I've searched high and low and haven't found a dedicated Jo Malone thread, but knowing how many of us enjoy JM products I though it'd be nice to have a place where we can share upcoming news and our favorites.

My all time favorite is Blue Agava and Cacao, followed by Peony Blush Suede.

I just picked up Basil and Neroli, which to my nose is a dead ringer for Bobbi Brown Beach! As I love Beach, I think this fragrance is going to be a new fave come the spring. It is different enough from Lime, Basil, Mandarin to justify owning both in my collection. Basil and Neroli emphasizes the Neroli while LBM is heavy on the basil and lime, which give it a more herbal edge.

Coming this March, the 2025 additional to the Blossoms collection will be Beach Blossom! According to Fragrantica: A summer escape to the idyllic palm-fringed beaches of the Seychelles to encounter the rare coco de mer. @itsfi My local boutique is closed for renovations, so I don’t know when I’ll get my hands on this, but it is definitely on my radar!

@LCResz, I imagine you already have the other two fragrances in this Jo Malone London Most-Loved Mini Floral Cologne Trio Set  but the set includes the most recent release Jo Malone London Beach Blossom Cologne with Coconut Water and Vanilla . I had a chance to smell it in store and they kindly gave me a sample - it's a beautiful summer scent - floral, creamy, fresh, and beach-y without an overpowering scent of suntan lotion that can be found in other beach-y fragrances.

@LCResz Please forgive if you already posted a review for this. Have you tried? PS Nordstrom has this at 20% off. I have a weakness for JM Rose scents 😘

@LCResz @itsfi  Report back; it’s a solid release. I love it. I still believe Nordstrom marked this off by mistake 😂🤣 and I’m glad I buy blind. Sorry I’m not great I’m describing scent but it reminds me of TF Rose line not same scent but same vibe. It’s beautiful. I recommend it.

Yes!!! I'm so happy you picked this up @blackkitty2014! That was a wonderful deal - and using gift cards just makes it that much better. I was wondering whether it would be along the lines of the Tom Ford Rose scents so your feedback is helpful. No more Nordstrom near me but there are other department stores that carry Jo Malone, as well as a JM boutique so I may have to make a trip that way at some point. 🤔

@blackkitty2014 Didn’t see this release out of London and now I understand why! I love rose and coffee notes together. So I hope this one lives up to the potential of these glorious ingredients! Let us know all about it!

Looks like the holiday LE 2024 has gone live abroad, so look for it coming soon to this side of the pond! Fir & Artemisia sounds masculine leaning, with the balsam and leather notes, but the floral artemisia may bring it back to unisex, can’t wait to try it out!

@LCResz, thank you for this. I have no idea how I missed the 2021 release, or maybe I just forgot about it. This sounds wonderful. Orange scents usually are 👍🏼 for me; do you recall how the woody scent is on this one - is it heavy?
