Fragrance collection Derek Lam 10 Crosby was created by Fashion Designer Derek Lam. Each fragrance features the true form and essence of its raw ingredients. The scents are constructed to wear beautifully from day into night, and they have a balance of diffusion and tenacity. Derek selected the color palate to be varied in hue to tone. He first selected fabric swatches, then worked on translating those colors into glass. I was disappointed in both of these. Neither has the endurance of a warm and spicy scent. 2am kiss was mostly sweet to me, and Something Wild was powdery; pretty far from wild. I wanted to like the Derek Lam series but think there are lots better options out there for those who love warm and spicy.
