what is the best waterline eyeliner for watery eyes?!

My eyes water like crazy... I’ve tried UD, Nars, bare minerals and pretty much everything from the drugstore... and everything ends up creeping into my inner corner. Any suggestions?

I personally use UD 24/7 on my lower lash line and kat von d on the top. my eyes are very watery and alleriges make it even worse I find these both dont budge at all 🙂

Pat Magrath permagell it works amazingly. Just make sure you don't blink for a minute after you put it in the water line. It has to set but after that no touch up needed. I also like MUFE aqua liner and UD eyeliner and their waterline liner.

Have you tried Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner? It's the only one I use for the waterline. Love it!
