@bakeamuffin gave you some great suggestions and guidance! 

Orange shades are wonderful with blue eyes, and can really make your eye colour pop. Orange and blue are complimentary (think colour theory). A popular pick for this reason would be rich coppers and warm bronzes. But really, anything with orange tones will do! You can also go for golds, silvers/grays, and champagne shades. Navy-black eyeliner. 

With that being said, you can really wear what you like - makeup is for you and you can have fun with it and experiment!

@kaylap2196 I have dark hair and blue eyes too; I find coppers/nudes/browns look really natural on me and are great to help contour my eyes to help shape them. 

I love cool blue shades too, but I don’t find them to accentuate my blue eyes as much, and they look less natural on my fair skin, but they’re still fun to play with ☺️
