What’s the best eyeliner for your waterline?

All of the liners I’ve tried from the drugstore don’t last on my waterline throughout the day. I’m interested in the Marc Jacobs one and also the urban decay one but would like to know if there’s a better one on the market that I don’t know about.

I always use the Urban Decay 24/7 liner for my waterline, that with a touch of loose translucent powder brushed just under the lashes and it stays all day!

Hi @aaudreyy - I personally haven't had the best of luck with the Marc Jacobs products...plus they are expensive. I feel that these eyeliners have worked pretty well for me -
