What is your favorite palette for everyday?

I am looking into getting a new eye shadow palette and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for someone who's newish about makeup. 

I'm still  learning about the applications of eyeshadows and the brush types so I am looking for colors more natural that I can play around with.

Any suggestions?

I use the Tart Tarteist Pro Palette every day because all the shades are easy to use and you can create a full look

I have really been using Naked Heat by Urban Decay just about every day lately. It has a lot of nice shades, light and dark!
