What is the best product for dark circles under my eyes?

I have severe dark circles under my eyes. It’s not red or puffy. Mainly just dark circles. So far I’ve tried the inkeylist caffeine cream which didn’t help much ( I used it for a little over a year now) and I’ve tried the cerave eye repair cream. It doesn’t have to a brand nameproduct, anything that won’t break the bank and works well! I’m 26 years old* Indian heritage* I’m looking for permanent treatments not just hiding them with concealer and corrector. I already do that lol

Have you tried raw potato eye patch? Basically just cut a thin slice of raw potato and put it on your undereye for 15 min

Are you talking about the L’Oréal revitalift eye serum?

Definitely try a color corrector with a peachy tone like Becca's under eye corrector or Pixie's corrector, which can be found at Target. I don't know how much you want to spend but I've heard Charlotte Tilbury's corrector is good as well. Just a small amount in the darkest areas will help to brighten and lift and then you can add concealer on top. Definitely hydrate your under eyes really well and apply each product in thin layers on top to avoid creasing and caking.
