What is the best foundation for full coverage + a dewy finish?

Too Faced Born This Way & NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation are two I reach for when I need more coverage but a skin like dewy finish. I do have dry skin though so I use very moisturizing primers underneath and it helps.

I really love BAREMINERALS - BarePRO™ Performance Wear Liquid Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 20. It is full coverage but it goes on so easily and looks super fresh and dewy.

One of my favorite full coverage foundations is the one from Marc Jacobs.  It makes your skin glow even if you use only a little bit of product.

You do have to be careful with it if you have oily skin since it can feel a bit heavy.  If that happens, I suggest using loose powder or blotting sheets.
