@FatemaHaque one option I highly recommend that is very similar to the James Charles palette is BH Cosmetics Take Me to Brazil eyeshadow palette. The formula is pretty decent for the money, you get a lot of colors to create a lot of diverse looks, and the color payoff is great. The only downsides to this palette is the pans are a little bit on the small side, and there is a lot of fallout, but the palette is very affordable and the colors are very pigmented, so I believe this is to be expected. Just make sure you use a light hand!!!

My favorite rainbow palette is Viseart Eyeshadow Palette 08 Editorial Brights . It’s an all-mattes palette. There’s also the larger and more recent  Viseart Grande Pro Volume 3 Palette . 

For a fun rainbow of sparkly bold colors, I like MELT COSMETICS - Radioactive Pressed Pigment Palette.
