Looking for the BEST no-smudge mascara AND/OR the best oily eyelid remedy

Hi everyone! 😊

Since my pregnancy in 2023, my eyelids have become VERY oily. Because of that (or at least, I think that's the cause), EVERY. SINGLE. mascara I have tried smudges very badly on me - waterproof or not. I have tried tubing mascaras, and while most of them don't smudge, I haven't come across one that gives me the volume and curl I'm looking for. 

Would the solution be to try a mattyfying eye primer, maybe? Or is there a mascara that can answer my prayers? Honestly, at that point, I don't care how much it costs LOL I just don't want to look like a panda at work as soon as I enter the building!

Have you tried Benefit Cosmetics BADgal BANG! Volumizing Mascara ? It’s the only one for me (hooded eyes, oily lids) and this one stays on all day and then some! @AukiDoki

@AukiDoki I have really oily eyelids, I like using a concealer as a primer. For mascara I find Hourglass Unlocked Instant Extensions Lengthening Mascara doesn't budge during  my 12 hour muggy work shift.
