Looking for eyeliner recommendations!!

Currently using the Sephora Collection waterproof liquid eyeliner (felt tip)

(I've been using this product for a couple years) 

I'm looking for a liquid eyeliner that is water proof / resistant, doesn't dry out before the product is empty, is long wear, and preferably has a felt tip. (I'm open to non felt tip though). 

For the sephora liner;

Pros: I prefer the felt tip, and when the product is fresh (about two weeks) it does last as long as its supposed to

Cons: I find it dries out before I run out of product, and after a week or two it will flake off or crumble after less than an hour of wear 😞

Is it normal for waterproof eyeliner to dry out so quickly and crumble? I've tried using it with and without primer, foundation and concealer. I've also tried the Kat Von D one but had the same issue (kinda seemed like the formula changed at some point)

@Kassy56   I recommend the Benefit Cosmetics Roller Liner Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner Black I used that liquid eyeliner when I was in 7th/8th grade and I really like how easily it glides across to make smooth lines and wings. They offer the Roller Liquid Eyeliner in a full size and a travel size (mini) as well. So you could possibly check that one out.

 

You can buy this eyeliner directly from Benefit or Sephora (they don’t have the mini size) They sell a mini size on the Benefit website.

@Kassy56 have you tried stila Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner ?  It is my favorite

@Kassy56 The Stila is 50% off today, and at Ulta I believe.  If I were wearing makeup right now, I'd pick one up to try for myself.
