Is there a fabulous liquid eyeliner that would be good for a liquid eyeliner a beginner?

I find Koji Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner to be very easy to use for a precise line or wing and it has good staying power - I have super oily lids. My sister-in-law is a fan of Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner - she wears eye liner every day and does an impeccable job of applying her eye liner.
