ISO Beginner eyeliner pencil plz

Looking for a good beginner eyeliner pencil for my sister. I’ve always used liquid and don’t know of any good non liquid/gel products. she can’t stand the wet feeling on her eyes but wants to get into eyeliner looks. Any recommendations on a product to try?

@jenna1111111 if she likes a drier pencil rec Revlon ColorStay.  UD 24/7 liner is creamy if she likes that. SEPHORA COLLECTION 12 Hour Contour Pencil Eyeliner  is in-between.  I also started using CLINIQUE Quickliner™ For Eyes Intense Eyeliner  and find it easy to use. 

I also wonder if she'd like MUFE or something by NYX.

Available here at Sephora, I’m a huge fan of the SEPHORA COLLECTION Waterproof 12HR Retractable Eyeliner Pencil  and SEPHORA COLLECTION Ultimate Gel Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil  and  Lise Watier Eye Shine  they apply easily without tugging or burning, and there’s a huge colour selection with Sephora’s line.  They set really well, but give you enough time to smudge or fix.  I’m nostalgic for my start in makeup after reading your post!  I hope you both have fun sharing this interest!
