How do you sharpen the Sephora 12 hour water proof eyeliner

The issue is that the bottom of this eyeliner does twist which leads you to believe that you don't have to sharpen it. Why the hell does it twist!? Guess I'll try using an actual sharpener ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

To to sharpen my Sephora pencils, I just use a pencil sharpener (for eyeliner). 🙂

So you are sharpening the plastic part of the pencil?  or the crayon part of the eyeliner?

Too many people have trouble sharpening this pencil! I'm one of them. Just using a regular eye pencil sharpener may work for some, but it sure doesn't work for me!
