I love the Drunk Elephant C Tango Eye Cream. I got it free from Sephora to try and I really think it’s WWonderful, great for fine lines and I find I really brightening. Caroline Hirons  (skincare guru) also just did a post on it and loves it. Highly recommend you check,it out!

@Kissmadibliss for pre-makup application I really like Becca Anti-Fatigue Under Eye Primer. it helps to erase dark circles from beneath the eye and gives a little pick me up. It's great cause it sits under makeup perfectly and lasts throughout the day.

My go to for all of those things is Sunday Riley’s auto correct eye cream. It is amazing!

@Kissmadibliss I really like Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Crème. I’ve been using it for several months now and I really like the results. It’s a tad pricey but my container is still more than half full after lots of use. It’s so rich and concentrated that you need very little.

I've only used eye cream for fine lines/wrinkles and have had success using the Roc brand. I'm not sure how it works for bags and dark circles though.

The DR ROEBUCK'S Down Under Collagen Boosting Eye Treatment is another great eye cream. It also helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and brightens and hydrates the under eye area.
