Eyelash curler for asian eyes

I have rather small and straight eyelashes. I also have monolids and almond shaped Asian eyes. Do you guys have any recommendations for eyelash curlers that won't pinch me?

Mac has a half lash curler. Any full lash curler is too curved for me. (even shiseido) So half lash curler it is!

Granted I've never tried it for myself, but the KOJI Eyelash Accent Curler looks extremely promising. It only curls a section of the lashes at a time.
