Clear brow product for sensitive eyes

I have tried Anastasia Beverly Hills and Benefit Cosmetics Mini 24-HR Brow Setter Clear Brow Gel with Lamination Effect 0.11 fl oz/ 3.5 mL but had to toss both becauae they made my eyes sting and water. Does anyone have a recommendation?  Would a wax be a better option for sensitive eyes?

@Mel231 I’ve always just used the nyx brow glue and as someone with sensitive skin and sensitive eyes I’ve personally never experienced any type of burning or watering while using it. 
But if you’ve used that before and had no luck i’ve heard good things about the REFY Brow Sculpt Shape and Hold Gel with Lamination Effect 0.28 oz/ 8.5 mL
