Blue eyeliner - preferably liquid and metallic?

Hi everyone! I'm on the hunt for my perfect blue eyeliner. Ideally, it would be royal blue, metallic, and in a felt tip, however, I'm flexible on at least one of those. To give some visual assistance, I'll show some pictures that aren't mine!

Urban decay Chaos:

is too bright and not metallic. Its white base makes it look almost neon, which is not what I'm going for. Love that it's a liquid.

MAC's roller wheel blue is gorgeous, not metallic, but the shade of blue is nearly perfect, though rather bright. I could live with something more wearable than how it looks here:

I originally thought I wanted navy, but this is too dark:

So I think royal or cobalt is more what I'm going for. And this is pretty close! No idea what it is though:

If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it! It seems like every decent candidate has since been discontinued 😞 Drugstore to high end is fine. I recently purchased Clinique's intense midnight pencil on a whim but it isn't as bright/obviously blue as I'd like.

I wanted a metallic blue that was somewhere between cobalt and navy..I picked up a NYX pencil liner in the closest color I could find. ( I don't have it handy, else I'd share the exact color) and found a lovely color in the newish Maybelline city palettes, which is based on matte grey, black, and a deep purple tone, with shimmer  ice white, deep blue, and silvery, kinda Holo type glitter. I use the liner first, then top it with the eye shadow. Maybe a little more involved than a liquid liner, but it sure looked good.

I recommend NYX Studio Liquid Liner in Extreme Blue. It's liquid and metallic, and has good staying power, but it is brush tip and not felt tip, though, I'm afraid.

Another option off the top of my head...if you are willing to forego liquid, Urban Decay LSD is a nice option . The description is "navy shimmer", but I have one and find it much brighter than what I would typically consider navy; it's more of a rich, deep, but still bright, sapphire.

I'm recommending Urban Decay razor sharp longwear liquid eyeliner. $22 at Sephora, may be less $ somewhere else. I haven't looked around.  The last 2 pictures that you posted look like Urban Decay eyeliners.  The 2nd to last pic looks like UD razor sharp eyeliner in "Retrograde", a cool very dark color that looks like black at first but has metallic, blueish glitter flecks in it. And the last pic looks like UD razor sharp eyeliner in "Chaos" , a powerful blue. bright and slightly metallic looking. These eyeliners are super long-lasting. When I first discovered them, I tried them on my wrist and they lasted more than 24 hours! No flaking off or fading away. They also have a really cool metallic coral color that is called "Fireball". Kind of a different look, but a good unique. Hope this helps. 7dogPeg
