Powder foundation for setting under eye area?

I have tried every single loose powder and a few compact powders for setting my under eye and I swear everything makes it dry, look dry, or settles in lines. Yes I prime and moisturize but not sure what’s wrong with me! I tried powder foundation so that I’d also get extra coverage and the pur one settled in fine lines I didn’t know I had. Any other powder foundations recommended or anything recommended to help my issue?!

I have been using Laura mercier secret brightening powder for over a year and that’s the best I have found, I grab it with a wet beauty blender and that makes a BIG difference, then I just clean it with a soft brush

I use elf’s under eye blurring product  and it helps so much. It looks a lip balm, a small round disc that contains product that you warm up a bit on your fingers. I also don’t set under my eyes with powder. I spritz a bit of fix plus on the tip of my sponge and set my concealer with that.

@jhopeslawinski is your under eyes dry? If so I suggest KIEHL'S SINCE 1851 - Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocadoi use it under my foundation when I’m super dry then I apply foundation and I use CHARLOTTE TILBURY - Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powderi dont find it makes me more dry or settles into my fine lines.
