Have a deeper hue and want to know how a product might look on your skin tone?  This is the place for you!

Several ladies expressed interest in having a BIC group dedicated to WOC.  Such a group would serve as a central reference point for swatches, color matching and the like, which can often be difficult to find.  While I have no idea whether such a group will ever be created I figured it would be nice to at least have a thread.

It should go without saying, but  **Ladies (and gents) of all hues are more than welcome **

@PrettyPaint @veronika23  WHEN Will I learn not to take these pics at 5:30am??? This pick does not do it justice. It's SO GORGEOUS> I got so many compliments on it. It doesn't read nearly as 'weird' as I thought it would. It's truly ethereal and otherworldly, but at the same time accessible, if that makes ant sense. IT's a lot easier to wear than say a deep shimmering green. I LOOOOOOOVE IT!!!!!!

@mermadelove I really, really love this on you! May I ask how much you applied? Was this just one layer? I still haven’t bought it yet, but I am soooo tempted. I can’t really wear fun colors to work, though, so I’m not sure how much I would use it.

@PrettyPaint  Sure thing! It's two layers. One layer did not read that blue and I really wanted it to look like it did in the package. My lips are two different colors. The bottom one is pink and the top one is brown. ON my bottom lip, two layers was BANG POW BLUE! With a pink duochrome shift with two layers, I think I did three on the top to approximate the same effect, but it wasn't as right. THis photo really doesn't do it justice. ANd the STAYING POWER!! I didn't get fallout with this one like I did with the orange glimmerveil that I got from Sephora Gratis back in October.

@mermadelove did it stain? that orange/green one left a stain that i didn't really like. i swatched the black one and it left a crazy stain on my hand even tho i wiped it off immediately!

Not at all! @BrwnSugaG I think it’s probably because it’s such a pastel shade.

Thanks! @mermadelove. That’s awesome there’s no fallout! I can’t handle a gritty-feeling lip! So it sounds like maybe one layer could even be work appropriate!

Oh @PrettyPaint now that you mention it ZERO grit!!! I even rubbed my fingers on it to check and it was perfectly smooth!! Like I wasn't wearing any lippie. WEIGHTLESS!!!!!

I saw this blush palette at my Sephora the other day and I fell in love with the colors. Sadly it was too dark on me, but I think it would be absolutely fabulous on deeper skin tones. The white shade in the corner is supposed to be a "transformer” type shade (it has a strong gold reflect in person).
