Have a deeper hue and want to know how a product might look on your skin tone?  This is the place for you!

Several ladies expressed interest in having a BIC group dedicated to WOC.  Such a group would serve as a central reference point for swatches, color matching and the like, which can often be difficult to find.  While I have no idea whether such a group will ever be created I figured it would be nice to at least have a thread.

It should go without saying, but  **Ladies (and gents) of all hues are more than welcome **

I was so happy with my shipment! I'm glad they did what they did because my choice was off. It is nice. Not too heavy. Not overly drying. It is a tad bit more work to blend things but not so hard that you won't want to use the product.

A sample I wanted to share that represents deeper hues. Kevyn Aucoin did a good job representing the shade range. I did not have the same luck with the Hourglass sample. I wish there was a way to see the sample a bit better on the website prior to selection.

Completely agree. I selected this one as well and the Marc Jacobs foundation sample and the darkest of the 3 shades provided is “tan” 🙄I’ll post a picture later of all of the shade based samples I received today. At least we can zoom in on our posted pics!

Anyone else order the beautybakerie foundation? I ordered the 13 because the 17 looked soooo red on Jackie Aina. I also ordered the concealer and setting powder because why not. 🙈🙈🙈

I absolutely bought it. As soon as it dropped, I put it in my basket. If it's the wrong shade or undertone, they'll exchange it. I'm not a huge fan of their concealor, I prefer the NARS or Sephora ones. That said, I live by the flour powder! It. Is. Everything. I have the yellow and translucent. The yellow isn't too yellow abs I have yet to look you cakey, dried out, our get flashback. I love her lip whips too. I'm so excited and tracking my package.

Aaaaaaand, now I know I'm shade #21, not 19 (summer color 🤔). They did so well with this. I even did a before (bed) and after (bed) after wearing it out to Latin night. It's so good!

I have not considered the brand @IttyxBittxMe. I watched Jackie Ania and Sande The Socialite reviews. My undertone is more golden, which I didn't see a foundation match at this time. Let us know how it works for you.

They have started that they'll do "cakesultations" to help people get matched. They did a live IG as well going over their matches and which shades were similar in other brands. That may help.

Are they really? Thanks for the heads up @KNC24. I checked initially when Artist Couture first debut at Seohora, but her collorboration wasn't part of the products. Jackie even mentioned her products weren't part of the launch. That's cool if they now are available.

Has anyone tried the shade Amber in the Fenty matchsticks?

It's the only shade that looks like a true contour to me but in the bundle it says its for light skins...
