when can I have my refund?

Hi,

 

I have an item returned for order #XXXXXXX2654. I sent the item back to you with the Fedex tracking number XXXXX378. Since then, I haven’t heard anything from you. The tracking number says that the item was delivered on Jan, 4.

 

I wonder if anything happens with it and when I can have my refund. Please let me know soon when you have a chance.
