virtual artist try on app not working for Canadian

When I try to download it says not available in your country in red, I have an android and I live in CANADA WTF! I guess Sephora dont like Canadian money...

It’s been like that since I don’t even remember... maybe last spring 🙄

Although it’s quite annoying that I cannot use the function during this COVID outbreak which prohibits customers to test products at a store, I just didn’t feel like reaching Sephora tech support and explain the issue. 
Nonetheless, I am glad that you brought it up here and it seems Sephora app is gonna get into it.

Hopefully, they are gonna fix this problem soon🤞

im not going to do your job and send a screenshot(REACH THE GUY THAT TAKE CARE OF THE APP NOT ME) it not like you dont know(Not available for your country )look like . Cant belief a big international company dont offer to try virtually their product for EVERYONE that they sell to! The link I use is the one on YOUR site that says to download it! It not working I can't even press the download button IT NOT AVAILABLE. I'm on android the setting of my phone is in CANADA live in CANADA  .it says it dont work for MY COUNTRY!
