updating Play! profile

I cannot update my play quiz. I have tried it on a laptop, desktop and in the app. I've gone to the subscription page, followed links on other forum posts and contacted customer service. Every link leads me to the screen in the picture. Clicking on the link in the screen on the picture takes me back to the information about a Play subscription. I have been stuck in an endless loop all weekend. Please help me update my profile! My last three boxes have been seriously lackluster and I'm considering cancelling my subscription if I cannot update my preferences.play.jpg
