unsuccessful authorization

today I made two purchases, after they were confirmed and the money was deducted from my credit card, I found out that sephora canceled my orders and they sent me an email saying no charge was made..why? I’ve been a rouge member for 2 years and spent thousands of dollars, so why are making this issue during the sale events??

The same thing happened with two of my orders while another one made with the same payment method was delivered with no problems. Also, the Live Beauty Help chat seems to be constantly unavailable.

Could someone please assist me with my orders?

Same thing happened to me 😞 what did you do? cause the charge still appears in my account

Same thing happened to me today and yesterday. I am beyond frustrated with this. I don't understand why my orders are cancelled.

@Maudon I see that you have now been assisted with this by email.

I asked and they said that the reason is BI points, so the best way to get your orders is not to redeem any points for gifts.. I did it and my orders went through

SAME but they didn’t send me any email failed attempts to purchase tho with money deducted and been rouge for so long in so disappointed
