the website WILL NOT keep me signed in

It keeps me signing me out and the sign in pop up keeps showing up every 3 seconds so I cannot do anything on my account. Sometimes it even says Hi with my name but then asks me to sign in again! This has been going on for 3 days and it is so frustrating. Then I Google it and see complaints about this issue going back YEARS. Please FIX

@randa555 I'm so sorry about this! If you're on the app, please try deleting the app and reinstalling it and making sure your mobile device is fully up-to-date. If you're on desktop, please try clearing your cookies/cache or using a different browser. I'm sorry for the trouble!
