rewards bazaar

Hi, I’m a rouge member I currently have 2,501 points  but when I go to the rewards bazaar it says I only have 1 point as if I had already used them and it doesn’t let me redeem any of the rewards. I already tried to log out of my account and log back in, but it doesn’t change anything. If someone could help me, I would appreciate it very much!
