redeem points from receipt

How do I redeem the points from my in-store purchase using the receipt?

Do you mean that your BI wasn’t linked to your  purchase? If so you can chat customer service through the app and they’ll likely ask for receipt id to add your points. Points usually take 24 hours to show up in your account. And then you can redeem them in the points bazaar.
