"Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct."

I’ve changed it to paypal, I’ve used my card directly. i’ve changed my address to my full address instead of abbreviated. I have no idea what’s going on 😭😭 i just wanna place my order!!! I’ve ordered on sephora before and it’s been fine no problem, even used the same CARD. HELP 😭😭😭😭

@liaaa1233, we're happy to check on this. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). @vanian8 I recommend making sure the billing address entered matches what your financial institution has on file. You are welcome to contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat and one of our Beauty Advisors will be happy to attempt to place the order for you!

Pls help me too. My sephora giving error that unable to place order card detail and billing information is correct.
