order shipped separately only one tracking number given? shipping not even close to 2 days!?

As a rude shopper you would think that small bugs would not happen constantly. I've gone from never getting any samples to now only getting part of my order and it's not even the part I had the tracking number for. Why was the order shipped in 2 separate parts? Why wasn't the full order delivered together? Why can't anybody give me a resolution to these issues? It seems that with the sale being altered, Samples being lessened at least shipping would remain the same. Now I have part of my order and not the other part and have to wait another day for the other part of my order and nobody can tell me why!?
