no free samples

Hi, I am a VIB customer on Sephora and I have buy a lot of things. I am from Peru, so I always try to take advantage of my time and order products from the website. The delivery date was for January 1st and my flight was the next day. The package didnt arrive and they changed the delivery date to the 3rd of January. I had to change my flight to get that package (it was from my cousin, who paid by herself) so, I open a chat with a beauty advisor who told me I could get a replacement. So I got it. When the 1st package arrived, It didn't have any free samples, not even ones other than the ones I asked for because of their excuse that if they run out they'll send others. It was a TOTAL disappointment. I tried to open a customer service and they told me they couldnt do anything so I told them at least add me some rewards bazaar points, so they did it and told me to return the replacement package??? I was paying 180$ more on the flight because of the delivery date problem.

 

And now I have problems with my rewards bazaar, I cant claim them. I reached customer service and they didnt help me at all AGAIN. IT WAS 1 MONTH WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. I told them please, at least I dont know, add me some rewards bazaar points because I lost the tower28 sample or fix me the bug. They told me they couldnt do that because "We are not longer able to accommodate you with points due to you reporting reward items missing in every order." I was so mad because it was just ONE PACKAGE I told that about?? and then it was the bug with the rewards bazaar I couldnt claim. PLEASE, if Sephora treats this way their VIP customer who spend more than 300$ per year, I dont need to know how they treat their beauty insiders.
