need my w-2

i’m a former employee and never received my w-2! would appreciate any help in obtaining it

I can see by doing a small search that Sephora is notorious for not sending former employees their W-2 and I am no exception. I am a former employee of 7 years and I’ve been reaching out and emailing FSC about my W2 for 5 days now and they’ve yet to respond. They also make you file a request for a new W-2 when they NEVER SENT ONE IN THE FIRST PLACE! So they drag out the process to receive the form to begin with but make you file a form as if you lost it or just can’t seem to find it. There should be a way to contact the former manager and have them handle finding the form since it was never sent in the first place. This was my last option before contacting legal assistance since no one seems to want to help me with this issue. #employee #w2
