in store purchases

So I made a purchase in store today and I’m finding that my points and purchases aren’t showing up on my app. I’ve already (prior to today) called Sephora TWICE to link all my accounts and I know I gave the cashier the right email. What’s the deal?

Hi there @MegP0823. When you link your BI accounts, the only information that will pull up is the primary account.
