help?!

why is one of seven of my items shipped, but the other 6 are still in process if ordered on the same day??

Sorry for any confusion! We're trying to ensure our clients receive their items as soon as possible, and sometimes this means shipping available items from separate Distribution Centers. 

 

I took a look at your order and it looks like both parts of your order have shipped and are on their way to you 🙂
