error failed to perform notice wont go away

it says "error failed to perfom request, please check internet connection". but my internet connection is fine and functional, and it doesnt show it when i access through the site on wifi. the app is completely broken because of this error message. i uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone multiple times, and even tried switching it to mobile data, and it still wont change despite having no internet connection problems (im currently using the internet after all lol). been like this since morning of jan 30th

I have had the same issue for a few weeks now. I tried making reviews on the app and browser and neither works. I get errors for both. I disconnected the wifi and tried on the network and still same issue. It's definitely a Sephora glitch and not our devices!

I have been experiencing the same issue for almost a week. I have done trouble shooting as well and nothing has worked.

Im also experiencing this and the app keeps logging me out. Definitely an app issue occurring. Sephora please address this

I am also experiencing this issue. The app keeps saying the error message and then logs me out of my account. This happens when I simply open the app. I'm sure it's the same for others as well. It is definitely an app issue as my internet connection is good and this is the only app doing this. Please address this.
