email link not working

I received an email from Sephora Opinions saying the following but the link does not work. I've tried it on my phone and laptop.

This survey will help us generate ideas in future product innovation within our private label. (This survey will only remain active until Tuesday, September 29, 2020,11:59pm Pacific Time.)

I am sorry for the trouble! Can you please try clearing your cookies/cache, and please also try switching to a different Internet browser?

I’m having the same issue. When I click the link it populates a page with “400.” I have cleared my cache and tried multiple browsers but still no luck with accessing the link.

I tried Safari and Firefox.  If no one else is having issues, it's on my end.  No worries!  Just hate to give up 100 extra points:)
